EXPERIENCED POOL CLEANING TECH/ POOL STORE RETAIL ASSOCIATE
Requirements:
- MUST HOLD A VALID DRIVER LICENSE WITH NO MAJOR VIOLATIONS OR SUSPENSIONS
- CANDIDATE MUST BE MINIMUM 21 YEARS OF AGE
- POSITION AVAILABLE FOR EXPERIENCED POOL CLEANER - (Full time/Part Time-Employee Choice)
- MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF POOL ROUTE MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE – (Cleaning or Maintaining your own pool or your family/friend’s pool does not count for Pool Route Experience)
· YOU MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE, READ AND WRITE IN ENGLISH.
Job Details (Tech/Retail)
- Daily pool cleaning and maintenance of residential pools and spas: (skimming, vacuuming, cleaning baskets, brushing, chemically balancing water, etc.) Route will consist of between 15-19 pools within a 3-5 mile distance from each other
- Perform regular equipment check-ups and report potential problems or repairs
- Perform water balance testing and adjust chemicals as needed for customers.
- Conduct outdoor work in various weather conditions while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Be in good physical health and able to lift items up to 100 pounds without restrictions. Good physical health is necessary as the position requires pushing, pulling, lifting and carrying up to 100 lbs. and involves constant standing, bending, twisting, squatting and stretching
- Willing to train on our systems, but need at least 2 years prior pool ROUTE maintenance experience.
- Maintain provided work truck cleanliness both inside and outside. Company vehicle provided while working. This is not a take home vehicle.
- Candidate should be able to work under minimal supervision since this position requires working alone. Attention to detail, dependability, self-motivation and integrity are needed for this position.
- Customer interaction and utmost satisfaction must be a priority
- Maintain a neat, professional appearance.
- A clean driving record, drug test and background check will be required.
- MUST HOLD A VALID DRIVER LICENSE (No tickets of any kind in the last five years, No Suspensions or Sanctions for Financial Responsibility, No Suspensions of any kind within 5 last years, and no history of DUI or operating a vehicle with drug offenses in last 7 years)
- CANDIDATE MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE!!!
- CLEAN BACKGROUND CHECK A MUST!!!
- Assist customers with pool and spa products, supplies, and accessories
- Perform basic water testing and explain results to customers
- Provide guidance on pool maintenance and chemical usage
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized store
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Deliver friendly, knowledgeable customer service
