POSITION OVERVIEW
As a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT), you will evaluate and treat adult and geriatric patients in a home health setting, helping them regain independence and improve daily function.
High-demand areas across Houston — cases ready upon onboarding.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
- Provide skilled OT services in patients’ homes
- Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Educate patients and caregivers on safety and home programs
- Complete documentation using WellSky/Kinnser EMR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
REQUIREMENTS
- Active Texas OT License
- Current CPR Certification
- Home Health experience preferred
- WellSky/Kinnser experience is a PLUS
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license & insurance
