We are seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with disabilities in adult day programs. This role focuses on promoting independence, safety, skill development, and community participation.
Work Locations Available: Queens & Bronx
- Full-Time: Monday–Friday (35 hours per week)
- Part-Time: Monday–Friday (30 hours per week)

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
Build positive relationships with participants, families, and staff.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
Knowledge of Home and Community-Based Waiver services is a plus.
Understanding of Person-Centered Planning.
Flexible schedule.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with participants, families, and community agencies.
