- Recruit, develop, and coach a sales team
- Lead from the field through real-time coaching and presence
- Drive results with integrity, compliance, and accountability
- Partner with operations to deliver exceptional family experiences
- Represent the organization in the local community

What We’re Looking For
- Sales leadership experience
(insurance, financial services, real estate, or consultative sales preferred)
- Strong recruiter and coach
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Leads from the front
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain state insurance licensing

Pay: $60,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
