Co-Directors - Vocal Music Teachers - Choreographers
The Academy of Music and Art is seeking talented and enthusiastic musical theatre educators to join our production team for our Fall 2026 production of The Addams Family Young@Part.We're looking for individuals who enjoy working with children and teens and are passionate about creating a fun, supportive, and high-quality theatre experience.Positions May Include:
- Co-Director
- Vocal Music Teacher / Musical Director
- Choreographer
- Acting Teacher
- Production Staff

Position Details
- Part-time
- Fall 2026 Production
- Evening rehearsals (typically Tuesday and Thursday)
- Tech week and performances in November
- Additional opportunities may be available throughout the year, including theatre classes, camps, and future productions.
Location: Westmont, ILPlease note: We are located in the western suburbs of Chicago. While Westmont is only about 20 miles from downtown Chicago, traffic can significantly increase commute times. Please ensure the commute is manageable before applying.We're Looking For People Who:
- Have experience teaching or directing musical theatre
- Enjoy working with children and teens
- Are dependable, organized, and enthusiastic
- Communicate well with students, parents, and fellow staff
- Work well as part of a collaborative production team
