Schedule & Locations:
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Offices located in Wexford, PA and Monaca, PA
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in/check out patients professionally and efficiently
- Schedule appointments, MRIs, and follow-up visits
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
- Verify insurance information and maintain accurate patient records
- Collect copays, balances, and reconcile daily transactions
- Coordinate with clinical staff and providers to ensure smooth patient flow
- Manage administrative tasks, scanning, faxing, and documentation
- Maintain excellent customer service and patient communication
Requirements:
- Previous medical office or healthcare front desk experience preferred
- EMR knowledge and experience required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a busy, team-oriented environment
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
