Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Position Overview
Kiddie Academy of Hilliard is seeking a caring, energetic, and dedicated Pre-K Teacher to join our team. This role focuses on nurturing the growth and development of children ages 3–5 in a safe, engaging, and educational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment
- Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Maintain open and professional communication with parents and staff
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times
- Follow all state licensing guidelines and center policies
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience working in a childcare setting
- Experience working with children ages 3 and older
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Passion for early childhood education and child development
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Preferred (but not required)
- CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
