HVAC Maintenance Technician | $23.00 - $29.00 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday | 7:30am to 4:30pm | occasional overtime

This entry-level role provides hands-on training designed to build a successful career in the HVAC industry. Technicians will learn maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer service skills while working alongside experienced team members.

Key Responsibilities
-
Participate in on-the-job training involving residential and light commercial HVAC systems
-
Perform preventive maintenance inspections, cleaning, and system evaluations
-
Deliver outstanding customer service during every interaction

Discuss repair and replacement recommendations with customers and coordinate replacement opportunities with the sales team

Educate customers on indoor air quality products and system enhancements
-
Communicate training needs, equipment requirements, and professional development goals with management
-
Work toward obtaining industry credentials, including EPA and NATE certifications
Preferred Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with insurable driving history
-
Previous experience in HVAC, construction, or a related trade preferred
-
EPA Universal Certification or ability to obtain within three months of hire (training provided)

Ability to acquire and maintain required hand tools

Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
-
HVAC trade school or technical program completion preferred but not required
