About Our Agency
Our locally owned State Farm Insurance office is a President Club and Chairman Circle agency. We’re seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Insurance Account Representative who enjoys providing excellent service to customers—while also helping protect their future through additional lines of business.

This role may work out of any of the following offices and you may be asked to cover at another location as needed:
- 9130 W Thomas Rd Ste 108, Phoenix, AZ 85037
- 14763 W Cactus Rd Ste 108, Surprise, AZ 85379
- 20250 N 59th Ave Ste 103, Glendale, AZ 85308
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- 1-hour lunch
- Rotating Saturdays: about 1 Saturday per month (with a day off during the week)
Bilingual Insurance Account Representative Requirements
- MUST be Bilingual Spanish/English
- Must have Property & Casualty (P&C) license
- We will help the right candidate obtain the license, if needed.
- At least 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience
- Insurance service experience (1 year) is a plus
- Previous State Farm experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills and a service-first attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environmentWhat You’ll Do (Primary Focus: Service; Expected to Protect/Sell)
- Provide outstanding day-to-day service to policyholders and customers, including:
- answering questions about coverages and policy changes
- clarifying billing questions
- Build trust through proactive follow-up, responsiveness, and accurate communication
- While the role is service-focused, you’re still expected to help customers protect with additional lines of business (for example: reviewing coverage, identifying bundling opportunities, and recommending appropriate next steps)
- Maintain accurate notes and follow agency processes to ensure a smooth customer experience
