We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is professional, reliable, and passionate about wellness. You will have the opportunity to provide a variety of massage services, build strong client relationships and work in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform customized massage sessions tailored to clients need. (Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal, etc.) in accordance with spa protocols and licensing guidelines.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized treatment room/ facility.
- Educate clients on wellness practices, self-care, and recommended services.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service.
- Maintain accurate client records and adhere to scheduling policies.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
Requirements:
- Current massage therapy license in the state of North Carolina.
- Knowledge of multiple massage modalities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build client relationships
- Must maintain professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform massage techniques for extended periods
- Professional, dependable and motivated to grow clientele
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism
