Caring Moore Homes is a brain injury rehabilitation provider dedicated to serving individuals with traumatic brain injuries at various stages of recovery. We are currently hiring for Direct Support Professional positions with full-time and part-time opportunities available across day, evening, midnight, and weekend shifts.

Primary Responsibilities:
Our team members provide essential support to clients with daily living skills, including:
- Household management (cooking, meal planning, cleaning, organization, laundry)
- Personal hygiene assistance (showering/bathing, grooming, oral care, toileting, incontinence care)
- Medication administration and documentation in our charting system
- Mobility assistance in residential and community settings (medical appointments, recreational outings)
- Modeling effective time management and daily task completion
Additional Duties:
- Complete detailed staff notes and required documentation for each client during your shift
- Report all incidents (falls, medication errors, emergencies) promptly
- Maintain current training on policies, procedures, and client care protocols
- Communicate effectively with staff, therapy teams, and management regarding client needs
- Transport clients to/from our adult day treatment program Monday-Friday using company vehicles
- Maintain client residences and report maintenance needs
Requirements:
Pass comprehensive background check through KARES (Kentucky Applicant Registry and Employment Screening) - no felonies or abuse cases per state regulation
- Valid Driver's License (current and unexpired)
- Current personal auto insurance
- CPR and First Aid certification (company training provided)
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum age 18
- Social Security Card
- TB Test (Tuberculosis screening)
Position Details:
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Shifts Available: 4-hour, 8-hour, evening, night, holidays, on-call
