This position is for an experienced industry professional. We are not seeking entry-level applicants. Candidates must have previous painting sales and estimating experience.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales & Estimating Professional to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a motivated sales professional with extensive experience in the painting and waterproofing industry who is passionate about building client relationships, preparing accurate estimates, and closing profitable projects.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners, builders, general contractors, architects, designers, property managers, and commercial clients.
- Conduct on-site evaluations and prepare detailed, accurate estimates.
- Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and relationship building.
- Manage and follow up on sales leads in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with project management and production teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to project completion.
- Represent Prachel Painting & Waterproofing, Inc. with professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of sales and estimating experience in the painting and/or waterproofing industry.
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial painting systems, waterproofing applications, coatings, and surface preparation.
- Proven ability to develop new business and close sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience with estimating software is a plus.
