Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and vigilant Unarmed Site Security Supervisor to lead our security team in maintaining a safe, secure, and compliant environment across our designated site. In this role, you will oversee daily security operations, coordinate patrols, monitor surveillance systems, and ensure adherence to all security protocols. Your leadership will be vital in managing incident responses, conducting background checks, and providing exceptional customer service to visitors and staff alike. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate security personnel to ensure effective patrolling, access control, and incident response.
- Oversee surveillance activities using CCTV systems and other electronic security tools to monitor site activity continuously.
- Conduct thorough background checks on new security team members and visitors as part of compliance procedures.
- Manage access control systems to regulate entry for employees, contractors, visitors, and vendors.
- Respond promptly to emergencies by executing established procedures such as first aid, CPR, AED operation, or fire safety protocols.
- Write detailed incident reports documenting security breaches, accidents, or suspicious activities for review and follow-up.
- Perform regular site inspections including manual handling tasks like heavy lifting or physical security checks to identify vulnerabilities or hazards.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques including CCTV operation and monitoring.
- Experience with law enforcement procedures and conflict de-escalation tactics.
- Certified in first aid, CPR, AED operation, and emergency response procedures.
- Skilled in performing background checks and managing access control systems effectively.
- Proficient in incident report writing with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle physical security tasks such as patrolling, heavy lifting, and manual handling safely.
- Excellent customer service skills combined with conflict management capabilities for positive interactions with staff and visitors.
- Familiarity with security regulations, loss prevention strategies, fire safety protocols, and compliance standards.

Pay: $25.43 - $30.62 per hour
