Summary: Welders at EAFab are responsible for fabricating custom equipment for the steel industry and performing repairs for our clients.

Core Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Set up welder control settings to perform specific operations
- Accurately produce layouts, fit materials, and perform quality welds
- Perform inspection of parts and weld quality checks
- Work both independently and in a team
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Work in a hands-on, dynamic, and collaborative environment
- Use MIG and/or Flux Core welding to carry out operations
- Adhere to all safety guidelines
- Operate welder station independently and effectively
- Be a pleasant, helpful, and optimistic teammate
Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), OR 1-3 months related experience and/or training, OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Formal welding education/training
- Welding certificates preferred
- Must be able to pass a drug test
