CDL A Company Flatbed Driver

Job Overview
We are hiring experienced CDL A Company Flatbed Drivers for two dedicated routes operating between Mississippi and Louisiana.
These are consistent Monday through Friday positions hauling flatbed loads for an ongoing project. Company trucks and flatbed trailers are provided.
Drivers will be assigned to one of the following routes:
- Route 1 – Pass Christian, MS ↔ Sorrento, LA
Approximately 2 trips per day
Pickup Location:
494 Market St.
Pass Christian, MS 39571
Delivery Location:
WEL Yard – Sorrento, LA
Operation: Drop & Hook
This route operates between the pickup location in Pass Christian, Mississippi and our yard in Sorrento, Louisiana.
- Route 2 – Sorrento, LA ↔ Donaldsonville, LA
Approximately 5 trips per day

Delivery Location:
HPLS Project Site 8579 LA-405, Donaldsonville, LA 70346
Operation: Drop & Hook
This is a local shuttle route between our Sorrento yard and the HPLS Project Site in Donaldsonville.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A tractor with a flatbed trailer.
- Complete assigned daily trips according to the project schedule.
- Perform all required Drop & Hook operations safely.
- Inspect and verify load securement before transportation.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Follow all DOT and FMCSA safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate ELD logs and transportation documentation.
- Communicate with dispatch regarding pickups, deliveries, delays, or equipment issues.
- Maintain company equipment in a safe and professional condition.
Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A license.
- Minimum 2 years of CDL A driving experience preferred.
- Flatbed experience strongly preferred.
- Clean and acceptable driving record.
- Knowledge of flatbed load securement procedures.
- Ability to safely perform Drop & Hook operations.
- Knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.
- Must meet all DOT and company driver qualification requirements.
Compensation
$23.00 – $25.00 per hour, based on experience.
