Job Requirements:
- Must be willing to work in Allegany, NY
- Availability to work Monday-Thursday, 9am-2pm & Friday 9am-1pm
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to clock in/out electronically
- Have compassion, reliability, trustworthiness, and honesty

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional support and companionship to identified members
- Active listening and conversation
- Engage members in ongoing social interaction, activities, or movement
- Games, puzzles, arts and crafts, reading aloud, watching TV/movies together
- Spend time with the member for the duration of the shift
- Alert nurses when the individual needs help or clinical intervention
- Adhere to the facility's policies and standards
