Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook fresh menu items following Qdoba recipes and standards
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Prep ingredients including meats, vegetables, sauces, and toppings
- Keep kitchen, prep areas, and line stocked and organized
- Work efficiently during busy meal periods
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Support teammates and provide a great guest experience
Qualifications
- Restaurant or kitchen experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexible scheduling availability is a plus
