Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness, safety compliance, and adherence to sanitation protocols
- Train team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety regulations, and equipment usage
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels and maintenance
- Enforce safety procedures related to industrial cleaning, laundry operations, and hazardous materials handling
- Communicate effectively with management regarding team performance, operational issues, and client feedback
Requirements
- Proven experience in custodial services, commercial cleaning, or hospitality housekeeping management
- Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience in a janitorial or cleaning environment
- Strong knowledge of sanitation standards, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management practices
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively
- Exceptional communication skills suited for managerial interactions with staff and clients
- Ability to oversee industrial cleaning tasks including laundry services in hotel or hospitality settings
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties requiring standing, walking, lifting, and operating cleaning equipment for extended periods
