Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence: Ensure every patient has a seamless and exceptional experience, fostering effective communication and relationships.
Financial Management:
- Facilitate patient payments and manage financial records for corrective care and maintenance programs.
- Provide statistical analysis of financial and operational metrics to monitor performance against goals.
- Set annual budgets and provide analysis for future budget projections.
- Compile and share monthly production results and financial reports with senior leadership.
- Oversee accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Manage cash flow and ensure the availability of funds as needed.
- Prepare quarterly financial statements and analyses.
- Lead the annual audit process and ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.
- Develop financial models to evaluate new programs, services, or investments.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with staff on events, campaigns, and operational improvements.
Growth Support: Assist doctors in achieving business goals and inspire patients to share their positive experiences.
Reporting: Submit weekly and monthly updates to the CEO and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
- A heart to serve others and a commitment to going above and beyond.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in administration, finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial management, scheduling software, and tools like Google software.
- Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-directed, goal-driven, and task-oriented with the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
