Physical Therapist (PT) – Early Intervention
Join DDRC as a Physical Therapist (PT) providing early intervention services for children ages 0–3. This role focuses on physical therapy, child development, and family-centered care while supporting our values of Dignity, Dedication, Respect, and Choice.
Schedule: Monday–Thursday

Salary: $75,000 – $86,250/year

Key Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy in home and community settings.

Deliver early intervention services using a primary provider model.

Develop and implement IFSPs (Individualized Family Service Plans).

Partner with families to support child development and communication skills.

Maintain documentation for compliance and billing.
Qualifications

BS in Physical Therapy, Master's in Physical Therapy preferred.
- Colorado license

Knowledge of:

Developmental disabilities and developmentally appropriate practices and interventions related to the birth‑to‑three population.

Transdisciplinary and primary provider practices.

Family dynamics and the ability to interact effectively with a variety of individuals in a professional service setting.
- Familiarity and competence with the Global Outcomes Process
