Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and be comfortable performing a variety of tasks that require physical strength and technical knowledge. This role is essential in supporting our operations and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely.
Duties
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required for various projects.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to assist in maintenance, or repair tasks.
- Conduct vehicle maintenance to ensure all equipment is in optimal working condition.
- Bottom paint boats.
- Assist in fiberglass work.
- Read and interpret schematics to assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues.
- Be able to work well with others.
- Collaborate with service technicians to support repair and maintenance operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in labor-intensive roles or related fields is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safety protocols in a labor environment.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Comfortable working outdoors or in various weather conditions as required by the job.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to safety standards.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
