Job Overview
Mr. Fix It of Sierra Vista is looking for a dependable, organized, and physically capable Materials & Front Office Support Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a fast-paced position that combines materials coordination, front office support, fleet coordination, customer service, and general operational support. No two days are the same, so we're looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in an organized environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service.
- Order construction materials including doors, windows, roofing supplies, plumbing, electrical, drywall, paint, concrete, and other building materials from local vendors.
- Coordinate and track material deliveries to help keep projects on schedule.
- Pick up and deliver construction materials, supplies, and job-related items as needed.
- Remove job site debris and dispose of trash as required.
- Obtain material pricing and quotes for our estimators.
- Maintain an organized material storage area and inventory.
- Coordinate company fleet records by scheduling vehicle maintenance and repairs, tracking weekly inspections, maintaining registration and insurance records, and helping keep company vehicles compliant and road-ready.
- Assist the front office by greeting customers, answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing paperwork, and completing administrative tasks as needed.
- Provide support to the Office Administrator during meetings, time away from the office, or periods of high workload.
- Work closely with project managers, estimators, field crews, and vendors to ensure projects continue moving efficiently.
- Perform other duties that help keep our office and projects running smoothly.

- Ability to multitask without becoming overwhelmed.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn company software.
- Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to regularly lift and carry 50 pounds or more.
- Comfortable loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.
- Professional, dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential. We are looking for someone who is reliable, committed, and takes pride in showing up every day ready to contribute to the team.
