Responsibilities
Perform residential and commercial cleaning services
Train and mentor new cleaning technicians
Conduct quality control inspections
Stock, organize, and maintain the company supply unit
Ensure crews have the equipment and supplies needed each day
Recruit and help secure new residential and commercial cleaning contracts
Represent the company professionally while providing outstanding customer service
Assist with daily operations and scheduling as needed
Requirements
Previous professional cleaning experience is required
Reliable vehicle (required)
Complete open availability (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the day
Ability to work independently, solve problems, and lead a team in a fast-paced environment
