We are a contracted service provider for FedEx Ground, with 9 locations across Iowa, Missouri, Illinois, and Tennessee! Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, reliable, and hard-working.

Responsibilities of Operations Manager:
- Holding team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed
- Delegating tasks and projects and providing follow-up action
- Ensuring business quality standards are met
- Developing and implementing best practices to maximize team efficiency
- Route planning and management
- Assisting with the hiring process - interviewing candidates, onboarding, offboarding as needed
- Assist in delivering packages as needed
Qualifications of Operations Manager:
- Experience working as a manager or in a leadership role
- Previous experience within FedEx is preferred but not required
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively with team members and management
- High attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
- Strong time-management skills; ability to multitask and prioritize
- Must be mechanically inclined for basic truck needs.
- Able to deliver packages efficiently
Requirements
- Must be age 21+
- Safe driving record
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be able to pass a state and federal background check.
- Must be able to pass a DOT drug test.
- Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
- Previous FedEx and/or Management experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
