You don't need an insurance license to apply. If you can sell and you're coachable, we'll pay for your licensing and train you from day one. Already licensed? Even better — you can start producing immediately.

What You'll Do
- Connect with prospects who have already raised their hand for information
- Walk them through their options clearly and honestly, and help them enroll
- Follow up consistently and build a book of clients who stay with you
- Hit weekly activity and production targets with your team lead's support
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills — you're comfortable on the phone and you listen well
- A competitive streak and the drive to hit a number
- Coachability — you take feedback and apply it the same day
- Sales experience is a plus; an active insurance license is a plus, but neither is required
- Reliable, full-time availability in our Lititz office
