Recruiter
First Coast Security Solutions is seeking a Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruiting process and help attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates in support of organizational staffing goals. This role partners closely with hiring managers and operational leadership to develop effective sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, monitor recruiting activity, and deliver a professional candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.
This is a fully remote position with occasional travel may be required
RESPONSIBILITIES

This role is approximately 70% focused on recruiting operations, onboarding and administrative support and 30% focus on recruiting to include sourcing, screening, interviewing and supporting hiring managers.

Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support.

Prepare offer letters.

Coordinate drug screens and pre-employment requirements.

Maintain job descriptions, job postings and recruiting templates.

Create and manage job postings, job boards, and other sourcing channels.

Conduct resume reviews, phone screens, interviews, and candidate evaluations to identify qualified talent.

Partner with hiring managers and operational leadership to understand workforce needs and align recruiting strategies with business objectives.

Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain timely communication with candidates, hiring managers, and Human Resources.

Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Track recruiting metrics and provide regular staffing updates to leadership.

Support contract startups, employee transitions, and company growth initiatives through strategic recruiting efforts.

Ensure recruiting activities comply with company policies, employment laws, and client requirements.

Stay current on recruiting trends, sourcing techniques, and industry best practices.

Assist with special recruiting projects and additional staffing initiatives as assigned.

Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines.

Working knowledge of recruiting systems, processes, and compliance requirements.
Working Conditions

Qualifications

2+years of recruiting, recruiting coordination, human resources or administrative experience.

Experience sourcing candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruiting methods.

Experience supporting government contracts is preferred.

Preferred FPS recruiting.

Strong attention to detail.

Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Associate's degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
