What You’ll Do
As our Compliance Associate, you’ll play an important role in supporting organizational compliance, quality assurance, and risk management efforts across the agency. Responsibilities include:

Conducting facility inspections and compliance reviews to ensure regulatory and organizational standards are met

Identifying potential compliance or safety concerns and helping develop solutions and corrective action plans

Creating and facilitating trainings related to compliance, accreditation standards, documentation, and best practices

Supporting organizational readiness for audits, surveys, and licensure reviews
-
Reviewing documentation, electronic records, and billing information for accuracy and compliance
-
Assisting with the development and maintenance of compliance tools, audit systems, reports, and policies
-
Monitoring changes in regulations and industry standards and communicating updates to leadership
-
Partnering with program leadership, operations, and revenue cycle teams to identify and reduce organizational risk

Preparing reports and tracking compliance trends, audit findings, and program performance

Helping strengthen a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement throughout the organization

Job Requirement
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences or a related field required
-
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in human services or related experience
-
Experience with compliance, auditing, documentation review, quality management, or regulatory standards is a plus
Additional Requirements
-
Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain insurability under company guidelines
-
Successful completion of required criminal background and FBI clearances
-
Completion of required pre-employment health screenings and tuberculosis testing
