ABOUT THE ROLE
Prime Detailing & Tinting is a premium auto care facility and we hold our work to an elite standard. We're looking for an experienced window tint installer who can walk in on day one and produce clean, professional results without handholding. If you need to be trained on the basics, this isn't the right seat. If you've been doing this for years and take pride in your craft — keep reading.
WHAT DAY 1 LOOKS LIKE
- You arrive, you pull a job, you install it — clean, bubble-free, and on time.
- You work independently on sedans, trucks, SUVs, and vans without supervision on technique.
- You manage your own workspace, tools, and film inventory throughout the day.
- You handle customer-facing vehicle handoffs with professionalism and care.
- You flag issues proactively — damaged glass, pre-existing defects — before film goes down.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years installing window tint professionally
- Experience with automotive films — passenger, trucks, SUVs, crossovers
- Proficiency with a plotter or hand-cut capability on any vehicle
- Knowledge of dyed, carbon, and ceramic film types
- Familiarity with Louisiana tint law (VLT percentages by window)
- Ability to work clean and fast without sacrificing quality
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,600.00 per week
