Maintenance Technician
Paramount Health Resources located in McMurray, PA
Paramount Health Resources is seeking a maintenance technician to oversee property responsibilities across 10 locations within 5 states: PA, West Virginia, Virginia, Ohio, and Delaware.
Responsibilities:
- Manage maintenance operations and supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Appropriate education in a related field such as electrical and/or mechanical engineering or facilities management.
- Certification in Facilities Management (CFM) or Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional (CMRP).
- Progressive experience in maintenance operations and supervisory roles.
- A construction management background is preferred but not required.
- Technical skills and a strong understanding of building systems, equipment maintenance, and repair procedures.
- Familiarity with OSHA, building codes, and healthcare standards.
