An itinerant role awaits those passionate about making a difference as a Speech Language Pathologist for the upcoming academic year. Full-time positions are available, offering the chance to work with a variety of age groups and a manageable caseload of 55-60 students. Your collaboration will be valued, as case management is handled separately—allowing you to focus on assessment, therapy, and student progress.
Required Qualifications:
- Active California Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Valid CTC document (preliminary or clear SLP credential, or Certificate of Clearance)
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Ability to commit to full-time, on-site hours (7:30am – 4:00pm, Monday through Friday)
- Open to both Clinical Fellows (CF) and experienced SLPs; for CFs, please ensure appropriate supervision is established
- Strong communication, organization, and adaptability working across 1-4 school sites
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language services to a diverse student population
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement therapy plans, and document progress
- Collaborate effectively with campus case managers, educators, and families
- Travel between schools (typically assigned 2, maximum 4), serving various age groups
- Reimbursement provided for assessment materials, supporting your work with necessary resources
