Pro Work is looking for an In-House Sales Consultant to guide homeowners through the early stages of their remodeling journey. From the initial consultation through project planning, you'll build trusted relationships, understand each client's vision, recommend solutions, and help move projects confidently toward construction.
This is a consultative sales role focused on creating an outstanding customer experience. You'll work closely with homeowners, gather project information, prepare preliminary project budgets, and collaborate with our estimating and production teams to ensure a smooth transition from signed agreement to preconstruction.

You'll serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners during the sales and planning process by:

Managing and qualifying inbound leads through discovery calls and homeowner consultations

Meeting clients in their homes to understand their remodeling goals and project priorities

Taking field measurements, photos, and gathering project information needed for estimating

Preparing and presenting preliminary project budgets and remodeling recommendations

Educating homeowners on the remodeling process while helping them make informed decisions

Building trust through consistent communication and outstanding customer service

Following up with prospects to maintain momentum and improve conversion rates

Maintaining accurate CRM records, pipeline activity, and performance metrics

Working closely with estimating, preconstruction, and leadership to ensure smooth project handoffs

Representing Pro Work professionally within the local community
You'll be a strong fit if you have:

2+ years of experience in residential remodeling, construction, home improvement, or home services

A background in consultative sales, homeowner sales, customer consulting, estimating, or business development

Confidence discussing project budgets and helping homeowners make purchasing decisions

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

The ability to manage multiple client opportunities while staying accountable to goals

Experience using CRM software, JobTread, or similar construction management platforms

Comfort using modern technology and AI tools to improve productivity

A valid driver's license and the ability to travel locally for homeowner appointments

Base salary of $55,000-$65,000 annually
