General Laborer - Sandy Lake, PA

- Monday–Friday
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay:
- Starting pay: $16–$18/hour (based on experience)
- Pay increase after successful completion of probationary period

About the Role
We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as General Laborers. This role supports daily production operations and is ideal for candidates looking for long-term, stable employment in a positive and team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do
- Assist all departments with general labor tasks
- Handle materials and support production workflow
- Operate production equipment (training provided)
- Assist with basic maintenance as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Take ownership of tasks and work independently or with a team
- Adapt to changing duties throughout the day
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable and consistent attendance (strict attendance policy)
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Steady work history (we value long-term employees)
- Ability to measure accurately to 1/16 inch (assessment required)
- Manufacturing or construction experience is a plus, but not required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform physical work and stand for long periods
- Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, 25 lbs frequently
- Ability to bend, twist, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks
- Comfortable working with hands (reaching, pushing, pulling)
