Oakwood Village is looking for a congenial, professional, hard-working, and reliable individual to fill our available Full Time / Part Time Dishwasher position.

The Dishwasher is responsible for the actual operation of the commercial dishwasher and the cleaning of all tableware, pots, pans and cooking equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Load, run and unload dish machine.
- Monitor dish machine water temperature and detergent/sanitizer/chemical levels to ensure sanitary wash cycle.
- Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies.
- Properly wash, sanitize and store all tableware and kitchenware. Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss.
- Maintain appropriate level of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen.
- Restock all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
- Break down, clean and sanitize the dish machine at the end of the shift.
- Bag and haul kitchen trash to designated area.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Age 18 or older.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Knowledge of basic sanitary guidelines.
- Valid 1st Aid Certificate
- Ability to operate dish machines per community and manufacturer specifications.
- Ability to read, write, speak and comprehend the English Language.
