The Role
We’re searching for a B2B BDR to be a foundational member of our US sales team.. You’ll spend your time proactively connecting with and prospecting businesses in the Fire & Security industry.

What you’ll need to do
- Source new leads using Sales Toolkit (Lusha, LinkedIn, Facebook etc)
- Develop a pipeline through outbound activity (emails, cold calling and social media) ensuring daily targets are met.
- Book discovery meetings with prospects
- Maintain accurate sales data, pipeline forecasting and deal statuses using a variety of tools (e.g. Hubspot).
- Provide insights and feedback into value proposition and commercial positioning of the product following outbound activity.

Experience required
- Fire & security industry experience a plus but not a pre-requisite
- Experience in chasing new leads, getting on the phone cold calling and booking new meetings

Annual Salary Range: mid range is $90,000 OTE, uncapped commission
Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
