We’re looking for a warm, dependable, bubbly Lead Teacher who can bring fun, structure, and leadership into the classroom each day.
What We’re Looking For:
EEC Lead Teacher Certification REQUIRED
Experience working in early childhood education
Strong classroom management and leadership skills
Positive, upbeat, team-player attitude
Someone nurturing, energetic, creative, and reliable
A teacher who can create engaging learning experiences while making children feel safe, loved, and excited to come to school
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage your classroom confidently
- Create fun, age-appropriate curriculum and activities
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and coworkers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment
- Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth
- Collaborate closely with administration and teaching team
