Responsibilities
- Welcome patients in the dental office
- Help patients feel relaxed, informed, and well cared for
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, safe workspace
- Select and set up instruments, equipment and materials needed
- Sterilize instruments according to regulations
- Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry
- Assist orthodontists during procedures such as bonding, adjustments, and repairs
- Prepare patients for orthodontic procedures and explain the treatment process
- Undertake lab tasks as instructed
- Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
- Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Be a key part of keeping daily operations running smoothly
- Support front-office and administrative tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of Dental assisting experience required
- Will train for ortho if no experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- A positive attitude and team-first mindset
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 20lbs unassisted.
- Dental assistants need to be able to move quickly from room to room and be able to stand or sit in a small area when necessary. Assistants need to be able to work with both hands at the same time during many procedures and have good hand-eye coordination.

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
