JJob Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Handyman / General Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with general construction, maintenance, repairs, and job site support. This position requires someone who is dependable, takes pride in their work, and can perform a variety of tasks with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general handyman repairs and maintenance.
- Assist with construction, remodeling, and renovation projects.
- Install, repair, and maintain doors, windows, fixtures, and other building components.
- Perform basic carpentry, painting, drywall, flooring, and caulking tasks.
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow directions from supervisors and complete tasks efficiently.
- Assist with site preparation, demolition, and cleanup as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous handyman, construction, maintenance, or labor experience preferred.
- Ability to use common hand and power tools.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
