About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Mazak CNC Programmer/Set-up/Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for programming, setting up, and operating Mazak CNC lathes and mills to produce high-quality precision components.
What You’ll Do
- Program, set up, and operate Mazak CNC machines (Mazatrol & G-code)
- Read blueprints and engineering drawings (GD&T)
- Perform tooling set-ups, offsets, and inspections
- Troubleshoot machining/programming issues
- Ensure quality standards and production schedules are met
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve processes
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years CNC machining experience (Mazak preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Mazatrol and G-code programming
- Ability to use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
- Technical certificate or associate degree preferred
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork

***This is a 2nd Shift position (3:30 PM - 2:00 AM) and will include a $2/hour shift premium.***
