Job Summary:

Pay from $50,000 to more than $130,000 per year
Requirements:
-One year of prior sales experience.
-Bilingual in Spanish and English.
-Insurance Licensing (Property & Casualty or Life & Health) is a strong advantage.
-Bachelor’s degree.
Skills:
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
-Ability to self-motivate.
-Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
-Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Responsibilities:
-Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Implement the agency’s marketing/sales acquisition plan.
-Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
-Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
