American Traveler is hiring an experienced NICU RN for a Level 3/4 NICU position in Worcester, MA, requiring a current MA RN license and a minimum of 2 years of NICU experience.

Position is in a hospital NICU setting

Level 3 or 4 NICU patient population

Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (19:00–07:30)

36 hours per week

13-week contract

Active MA RN license required; temp licenses not accepted

Minimum 2 years of experience in a Level 3 or 4 NICU

Current NRP certification required

Epic EMR experience required

2 professional references required for consideration, with at least one from a Nurse Manager or higher

Candidate must reside more than 200 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates

A pass/fail medication exam is administered during in-person orientation with only one attempt allowed; failure results in immediate contract cancellation — study materials will be provided

A pass/fail EKG test is also required as part of orientation

Candidates with prior disciplinary actions on their nursing license are not eligible for this position
