We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. Schedule - Saturday 7am - 7pm
Responsibilities
- Provide One on One care for client always following client’s plan of care while maintaining client's dignity and independence
- Performs medication administration, feedings, oxygen, Trach care as needed per client's plan of care.
- Accurately documents nursing actions of all care given and communicates with all persons listed on care plan.
- Ensures all patient needs are being met in accordance with the instructions of the physician.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Homes are staffed 24hrs with HTS's along with a nurse
