San Bernardino County is recruiting for Supervising Program Specialists to oversee staff engaged in the following: administrative and operational program development activities and analysis; recommendation and development of scope of work for contracts and Memorandum of Understanding; and recommendation and development of policies/procedures and knowledge asset/tools for agency/department programs. Supervising Program Specialists also facilitate/conduct project management for agency department initiatives that are the most complex and impact multiple departments, and for efficiency measures, contract compliance and technology upgrades. A current vacancy exists in the Human Services Program Development Division; list may be used for other vacancies as they arise.
