Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to ensure our properties meet our high standards before each guest arrival. This role is critical to maintaining our reputation and delivering a seamless experience for every stay.You will be responsible for inspecting properties after cleanings, ensuring everything is properly staged, stocked, and guest-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed inspections of vacation rental properties after cleaning
- Ensure each property meets company cleanliness and presentation standards
- Check that all required items are fully stocked (linens, toiletries, kitchen items, etc.)
- Identify and report any issues, damages, or missing items
- Take photos and document inspection results as needed through supporting apps
- Coordinate with cleaning teams and management to resolve any deficiencies quickly
- Pick up supplies from the office when needed
- Deliver items to properties as needed
- Occasionally run errands per request for restocking needs
Requirements
- Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and insurance
- Comfortable driving throughout Savannah and surrounding areas
- Strong attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness and organization
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Using a smartphone and radio for communication, photos, and checklists
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Weekend availability is required (Friday–Monday schedule)
- 3 references required
