What You'll Do
Working alongside licensed Journeyman Electricians, you'll develop the skills needed to become a successful Residential Electrician.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist with diagnosing and repairing residential electrical systems
- Help install electrical panels, circuits, wiring, lighting, outlets, and switches
- Assist with whole home rewires and electrical upgrades
- Learn to identify electrical hazards while following all safety standards
- Clearly communicate with homeowners and provide a professional customer experience
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and company vehicles
- Participate in technical training, team meetings, and ongoing skill development
- Follow company processes while building confidence in your trade

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic and a desire to build a lasting career.
Qualifications:
- Washington State Electrical Trainee Card (Preferred)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- 500 hours logged with L&I
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable and dependable
- Comfortable working at heights, including rooftops and elevated work areas
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
