An Ann Arbor condominium association is looking to hire an experienced maintenance professional and/or Handyman for the following duties:
- Perform general facility maintenance including minor electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, carpentry, drywall, painting and equipment repairs.
- Perform custodial duties.
- Perform grounds keeping and landscaping duties.
- Perform snow removal duties.
- Respond to maintenance requests submitted by property owners for exterior repairs.
The incumbent should possess the following:
- Good customer service skills a must.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask a plus
- Ability to work unsupervised for extended periods of time.
- Must possess a clean driver’s license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
