Job Description
Sunshine Speech Therapy is growing! We're seeking Speech-Language Pathologists for part-time and full-time contract opportunities in Twin Cities area and suburban Minnesota schools. In-person placements are most common, though hybrid and tele-therapy opportunities are sometimes available. SLP-As and Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Screening and evaluation of referred students
- Assessment and eligibility determination
- Development and implementation of IEPs
- Teacher and parent consultation
- Professional documentation of services and reports
- Due process documentation
- Collaboration with school personnel and the Sunshine team
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota Educator's license with school-based experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Knowledge of evidence-based practice and appropriate assessment tools
- Ability to develop individualized, effective treatment plans
- Strong interpersonal and professional skills
- Strong time management and planning skills
- Knowledge of Minnesota and federal due process requirements and timelines
- Experience working with and evaluating culturally and linguistically diverse populations
