Overview
Accelerated Services has been in the car hauling industry since 1999! We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Loading Inspector/ Yard Supervisor to oversee and ensure the safe and efficient loading of car haul loads at our facility.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the loading process, verifying load integrity, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating with drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead a team to meet operational goals while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. This position offers a dynamic work environment, primarily working alongside our drivers to maintain operational excellence.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise the damage free loading and unloading of car haul loads.
- Ensure all loads are below maximum height requirements for route
- Ensure all vehicles are properly secured and loaded according to safety standards.
- Verify the accuracy of load documentation and vehicle condition reports.
- Monitor and enforce safety procedures throughout the loading process.
- Address any loading issues or discrepancies promptly to minimize delays.
- Maintain records of daily operations and report any concerns to management.
- Responsible for assisting the Terminal Manager in daily duties such as building/editing loads
- Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
- Previous experience in logistics, loading supervision, or related field
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to vehicle loading and transportation.
- Computer knowledge
- Word, Excel & Outlook experience are preferred
- Basic reading, writing, arithmetic skills are required.
- Valid driver’s license is required.

- Pay Range: $25 - $30/Hour + Overtime (Based on Experience)

Shift Details:
- Position is in-person (Port Hueneme)
