Requirements:
-
Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients with orthopedic and sports-related conditions, including post-surgical cases, acute injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal disorders

Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans focused on strength, mobility, neuromuscular control, and functional performance

Utilize a wide range of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise/activity, strengthening and performance training strategies to restore function and reduce pain

Design and progress return-to-sport programs tailored to each patient’s goals and sport-specific demands

Educate patients on injury prevention, biomechanics, and performance optimization

Collaborate with the PBOI Physicians to ensure coordinated care for patients

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes
Qualifications
-
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program

Current state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as a Physical Therapist
-
Experience or strong interest in orthopedics and sports rehabilitation

Knowledge of current evidence-based practices in musculoskeletal care

Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
