We are hiring a Full Time Class A Driver. You will be responsible for hauling U.S. mail south towards Lake Geneva and north towards Oshkosh.
This route originates in West Allis, WI
FULL-TIME CLASS A DRIVER
- Monday and Tuesday AM's: Start: 0200(2:00AM) End: 0710(7:10AM)
- Tuesday thru Friday PM's: Start: 1945(7:45PM) End: 0710 (7:10AM)
- 56.5-60 hrs./week
- Immediate hiring for position
Contract Pay Breakdown
- Base pay: $30.67 to$31.96 per hour (straight time-based on contract)
- Fringe pay: $5.95 to$6.16 per hour (up to 80 hours per pay period-based on contract)(can be allocated to either Medical and/or 401K )
- Holiday pay: 11 holidays recognized per year
- Vacation pay: Eligible after one year of service
- Biweekly pay
Requirements
- Valid Class A with clean driving record
- No preventable DOT accidents, suspensions, or revoked Driver license in the past 3 years.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Postal badge
- Must be able to pass USPS background check
- No DUI's
- No drug convictions within the past 7 years
- Pass a DOT Pre-Employment Drug Test (no failed or refused tests)
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards for commercial drivers
- All male applicants born after 1-1-1960 must be registered with the selective service to get clearance for a U.S. Postal badge
- Current DOT Medical Certificate--Tier 1--Non excepted interstate
- Must be at least 23 years old
- Must have current 2 year verifiable job history
- Predictable and regular full attendance is essential to qualify for this job
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
