Your Week at a Glance:
- Monday–Thursday: 10-hour shifts
- Friday: 8 AM–1 PM
- Just 1–2 Saturdays per month (with a comp day provided!)
What You'll Do:
- Deliver holistic, patient-centered care from pediatrics to adults.
- Collaborate closely with providers to support care plans and continuity.
- Administer medications, monitor vitals, and respond to changes in condition.
- Educate patients and families on preventive care and chronic disease management.
- Keep documentation up to date using EMR.
What You'll Bring:
- Active North Carolina RN license (or compact eligibility).
- BLS/CPR certification.
- 2+ years of RN experience, ideally in community health, FQHC, family medicine, outpatient, primary care, or urgent care.
- Strong communication skills and a calm, professional presence.
- Comfort working with diverse patient populations.
